To prevent generation of air leakage from a gasket arranged on the fastening part of an intake system device by arranging a restricting member for restricting relative displacement having a prescribed value or more in first and second installing metal fittings on one way of the first installing metal fitting of an internal combustion engine side and the second installing metal fitting of an intake system device.

In a vibration isolating mount for elastically supporting an intake system device connected to an internal combustion engine, the installing metal fitting 1 of the internal combustion engine side and the second installing metal fitting 2 of the intake system device side are arranged, a rubber elastic body 3 is fixed between the installing metal fittings 1, 2, and also a restricting member 4 for restricting a relative displacement having a prescribed value or more in the installing metal fittings 1, 2 is installed on the installing metal fitting 2. The restricting member 4 consists of a cylindrical part 4a and a head part 4b, and it is installed by press-in fixing the top end part of the cylindrical part 4a which is fit in the circular hole 1d of the installing metal fitting 1 to the press-in hole 2c of the installing metal fitting 2. Vibration of the internal combustion engine is absorbed by elastically deforming the rubber elastic body 3 so as to reduce vibration transmitted to the intake system device.
