Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a building having high strength and durability and the erection method thereof.
SOLUTION: This building is provided with a constituting member 10 for the foundation, a laminated rubber layer 20 fixed to the upper part of the constituting member 10, a sill 30 fitted onto the upper part of the laminated rubber layer 20, a column member combined on the sill 30, etc. The column member is erected on the sill 30 through a metal block 41 for fitting a framework and a throating member 43 is arranged at the side of the sill 30 and a substrate member 42 is erected thereon. And further, concrete 45 is placed on the surface of the ground G and the space between the sill 30 and the concrete 45 is used as a ventilation opening 44 under the floor.
