Abstract:

To reduce transmission to a building of generated quakes by composing a sliding joining member of an upper joining member, a lower joining member and a lubricant and constituting an anchor bolt for restraining displacement of a bolt section, an anchor section, a first joint section specifying the tolerance of a clearance between the bolt section and the anchor section, and a second joint section elastically checking the clearance so as to beforehand relax an impulse at the time of the specified action of a maximum clearance by the tying and stopping of the first joint section.

A displaceable state is kept without particularly displacing an upper joining member 40 and a lower joining member 41 in a sliding joining member 4 at the normal time. When quakes are generated by an earthquake, etc., an anchor bolt 5 for restraining displacement receives a check while being inhibited by elastic restoring force by a spring for a second joint section 10, and is separated and moved within a range, which does not exceed a maximum clearance by a ring section for a first joint section 9.
