To provide a vibration isolation device enabling easily setting of an axial spring constant of the inner cylinder, while preventing the occurrence of an abnormal noise in large displacement.
This vibration isolation device is provided with the inner cylinder 10, an outer cylinder 20 arranged with a space at the outside circumference side of the inner cylinder, and a vibration isolation base material 30, which comprises a body rubber part 40 existing between these inner and outer cylinders and a stopper rubber part 50 provided at both ends in the axial O direction of the inner cylinder and made of a rubber elastomer. The body rubber part 40 and the stopper rubber part 50 are constituted separately. Thereby, the shape, hardness, and a material of the body rubber part 40 can be changed as required without affecting the characteristics of the stopper rubber part 50. As a result, the spring constat in the axial O direction of the inner cylinder 10 can easily be set, while surely preventing the occurrence of an abnormal noise in large displacement.
