To suppress loads applied to rubber elastic bodies from a stopper.
This vibration isolator 10 comprises: a bracket 11; an inner cylinder member 12 attached with the bracket 11; an outer cylinder member 13 which surrounds the inner cylinder member 12 from the outside of the radial direction of the inner cylinder member; a pair of the rubber elastic bodies 14 which protrude from the external peripheral face of the inner cylinder member 12 and reach the internal peripheral face of the outer cylinder member 13 at their tips; and the stopper 15 which regulates approximating moving amounts of the inner cylinder member 12 and the outer cylinder member 13 which sandwich the rubber elastic bodies 14. The stopper 15 comprises: a stopper protrusion 33 which protrudes from the inner cylinder member 12 toward the axial direction of the inner cylinder member in the bracket 11, and is protrusively formed at a portion apart from a pair of the rubber elastic bodies 14 in the axial direction toward a direction in which the rubber elastic bodies 14 are protruded from the side of the inner cylinder member 12 toward the side of the outer cylinder member 13; and stopper rubber 34 which is arranged in a portion opposing the tip of the stopper protrusion 33 at the internal peripheral face of the outer cylinder member 13.
