To solve the problem that a vibration linear actuator which generates a vibration in the packaging direction of a substrate and which has a high heat resistance have not been realized, among the conventional vibration linear actuators.
This vibration linear actuator is provided with: a base parts 9 which have each an electrode 11 electrically connected to the substrate of a portable information terminal and also electrically connected to a coil part 2, on its bottom face; a moving elements 4 which are each supported through an elastomer 6 so as to be freely vibratile in the vertical direction with respect to the substrate and which have each a permanent magnet 2; coil parts 2 which generate vibration magnetic field with respect to the moving elements 4; and also, stators 3 which are each supported by the base 9; and a cover case 7 which covers the moving elements 4 and the stators 3 by covering the base parts 9.
