To provide a vibration power generator and lighting equipment in each of which a permanent magnet can be stably and continuously vibrated.

A vibration power generator 1 includes: a guide member 10 which is a cylindrical member; a movable element 50 which is provided so as to be movable in an axial direction on an inner side of the guide member 10, and provided with a permanent magnet 51; a coil 14 which is wound around the guide member 10; a shield member 2 which is a cylindrical member with an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of the guide member 10, covers the guide member 10 from an outer side in a state in which a central axis of the shield member 2 becomes substantially the same as the central axis of the guide member 10, and electromagnetically shields the inside ; and a pair of fixing members 3 which covers openings on both ends of the shield member 2, and fixes the guide member 10 to the shield member 2 by holding the guide member 10 from both sides in the axial direction. The fixing members 3 fix the guide member 10 to the shield member 2 in a state where the guide member 10 is not in contact with the shield member 2.
