For the vibration power generator, a fixed body includes a buffer magnet for making reaction act with a magnet body on the side of an inner surface of a housing, and the buffer magnet provided in at least one fixed body forms a repulsive magnetic field in a direction roughly matching with a reciprocating direction of the magnet body and generates the reaction to act with the magnet body. Preferably, the buffer magnet comprises a pair of magnets, forms the repulsive magnetic field in the direction roughly matching with the reciprocating direction of the magnet body by bringing the same magnetic poles closer respectively, and generates the reaction to act with the magnet body.
