To improve durability of a vibration prevention device intervened between the body and the engine of a vehicle.
A bracket 12 intervened between an antivibration bushing 20 and the engine has a bracket body 42 having a block-shape extended in the first direction X and mounted at an engine side, a first projection section 44 projected from its one side face 42C and having a mounting surface 56 on the top face against a support plate 14, and a second projection section 46 projecting from the other side face 42D of the bracket body and having a receiving surface 62 on the top 46A against the inner cylinder 32 of the antivibration bushing. The support plate 14 has a first mounting plate section 72 mounted on the mounting surface 56, and a second mounting plate section 74 for supporting the inner cylinder 32 between the support plate 14 and receiving surface 62. Fixing between the first mounting plate section 72 and mounting surface 56 is performed at the center section in the axial direction of the antivibration bushing 20, and the first mounting plate section 72 and second mounting plate section 74 are connected with each other in a stepped bending shape via a connection 80.
