Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel vibration processor including a turning mechanism in which inclination or inversion of a processing container is easy in a vibration processing step.SOLUTION: A vibration processor is used to making raw material in a processing container (11) into a product through a vibration processing step. An integrated vibration part structure containing the processing container (11) and a vibration motor (12) is supported through a column spring seat (14a) and a spring (14b) arranged on a frame body (17). A turning mechanism of the processing container (11) comprises inversion shafts (45A, 45B) projecting from both sides of the processing container (11), and a vibration table (40) supporting the inversion shafts (45A, 45B). The vibration table (40) is formed into a cross sectional U shape by both walls (40a, 40b) on which a bearing member (47) is arranged, and a bridged lateral plate (40b) positioned below the processing container (11).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
