A base 5 with right and left frames 4 and 4 is provided; each frame 4 is equipped with a first vibration-proof rubber 6 and a lateral bearing portion 7; the first vibration-proof rubber 6 is provided on the lower side of the frame 4; the lateral bearing portion 7 is provided in such a manner as to overhang outward in a height position above the height position of the undersurface of the first vibration-proof rubber 6; the height position of the upper end surface of the first vibration-proof rubber 6 is set above the height position of the bearing surface of the lateral bearing portion 7; the undersurfaces of right and left lower edges of the toilet bowl 2 are borne by the right and left lateral bearing portions 7, respectively; and the first vibration-proof rubber 6 of each frame abuts on a floor surface, so that the right and left lower edges of the toilet bowl 2 can be borne in a vibration-proof manner.
