Title:
VIBRATION-PROOF COMPONENT OF REFRIGERANT PIPING OF AIR CONDITIONER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3398997
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To mount vibration-proof components even on a bent portion of a refrigerant piping and eliminate the fear of the parts being slipped down by using a high specific gravity rubber material as a material of the shockproof parts and forming a U-shaped continuous groove in the side of a rectangular parallelopiped.
CONSTITUTION: A vibration-proof component 5 has a rectangular parallelopiped configuration formed with a high specific gravity rubber material. A U-shaped cross section groove 6 is formed in three side surfaces adjoining to each other in one flat plane. The grooves 6 are connected with each other into a U-shaped continuus groove substantially fitted to the configuration of a bent portion 4a of a piping 4. When the vibration-proof component 5 is mounted on the U-shaped bent portion 4a of the refrigerant piping 4, the U-shaped groove 6 of the component 5 is fitted to the U-shaped bent portion of the piping 4 from the upper portion. Hereupon, both U-shaped configurations of the piping 4 and the component 5 are matched to each other, so that they are closely fitted to each other to eliminate the fear of the component 5 being dropped.
