Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of cracks due to burrs of a vibration-proof rubber
CONSTITUTION: The first fitting member 1 and the second fitting member 2 are connected with a rubber body 3, and a stopper section 5 and the first fitting member 1 are integrally formed across a clearance space 4 on both sides of the rubber body 3. A burr preventive film 8 and the first fitting member 1 are integrally formed continuously in the clearance space 4 along the split face when the rubber body 3 and the stopper section 5 are molded in a pair of split dies, the burr preventive film 8 is separated from edge sections 6 along the clearance space 4 of the rubber body 3 by the shrinkage after molding, and slit-shaped segment sections 9 are formed.
