Title:
VIBRATION-PROOF TEMPERATURE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006258724
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To improve assembling workability and to improve durability without disconnection due to strong vibration.

The vibration-proof temperature sensor measures a surrounding temperature under a vibration environment. The sensor is provided with a protection pipe section 7 that covers the outside for protecting the inside and transmits the external temperature to the inside, an element body 8 that is mounted in the protection pipe section and detects the external temperature, and an element body supporting means for supporting the element body 8 and its lead wire 4 in one piece. The element body supporting means is formed of a support plate section 9 that is formed in a flat plate shape of substantially the same width as the inner diameter of the protection pipe section 7 and is inserted into the protection pipe section 7 without clearance while the element body 8, a platinum fine wire 10 for temperature measurement, and the lead wire 4 are fixed to its surface. The support plate section 9 is provided with a support member 11 for being wired to fix the element body 8, platinum fine wire 10, or lead wire 4 to the support plate section 9, and supporting the support plate section 9 by interposition between the support plate section 9 and the inner wall of the protection pipe section 7.
