Title:
VIBRATION-PROOFING DEVICE FOR ON-VEHICLE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3201067
Kind Code:
B
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the moving amount of a member to be supported against a supporting base material by fitting an abutment section having elasticity in its length direction to a shaft between a flange and damper fitted to the shaft.
CONSTITUTION: In this vibration-proofing device, a damper body 6 stars to be deformed before vibration are transmitted to the body 6 when the vibrations are applied to a shaft 3 in its length direction, because not only the end face 14 of the shaft 3 pushes damper oil 8, but also a spring member 13 pushes the body 6. As a result, the body 6 exerts a strong reaction and a large attenuation effect can be obtained Therefore, the moving amount of a member 4 to be supported can be reduced. In addition, the moving amount of the member 4 does not change against vibrations in the radial direction of the shaft 3, because the spring member 13 does not generate any strong force in the lateral direction. Therefore, nearly the same amounts of vibration-proofing strokes can be set against vibration in both the length and radial directions of the shaft 3.
