Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proofing device in which durability of an elastic body is increased by simple processing.SOLUTION: There is provided a vibration-proofing device comprising an outer cylinder 18 connected to any one of a vibration generating part and a vibration receiving part through a bracket 14, including a cylindrical cylinder part 26 and a flange part 28 having axial one end of the cylinder part 26 being expanded at its diameter into a disc shape; a cylindrical inner cylinder 22 coaxially arranged at the inner peripheral side of the cylinder part 26 and fastened to any of the other of the vibration generating part and the vibration receiving part with a bolt 42; and an elastic deformation part 20 connecting between the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder 18 and the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 22. After forming the elastic deformation part 20 between the outer cylinder 18 and the inner cylinder 22, a substantial conical cylinder of which diameter is expanded toward the axial other end is drawn into a straight tubular shape, and the elastic deformation part 20 is compressed in its diametral direction to form the cylinder part 26.
