To provide vibration proofing link mounting structure capable of reducing the weight and cost by devising the structure of a bracket 4 with its front end connected to a power plant P in a vibration-proofing link such as a torque rod 1 for suppressing the oscillation of the power plant P of a car.
A cylindrical rubber elastic body 12 is directly fitted in a small fit-in hole 10a of a body part 10 of a torque rod 1, and a shaft part 41 to be inserted in a cylindrical hole 12a of the rubber elastic body 12 is integrally formed with a body part 40 of a power plant bracket 4. A plate member 45 is arranged between the bracket body part 40 and itself to hold the rubber elastic body 12. The plate member 45 is fastened to the power plant P jointly with a boss part 42 of the power plant bracket 4. A round hole 45b with a contracted portion 41a of a tip of the shaft part 41 of the power plant bracket 4 being fitted therein is preferably formed in the plate member 45.
