Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent vibration of an engine with suppressing increase in size and weight as small as possible.
SOLUTION: A pair of balance weights 51, 52 for preventing vibration are installed onto a camshaft 3 parallel to a crankshaft 2 of a two-cycle engine 1 rotating at the same speed as the crankshaft 2 to the opposite direction to the crankshaft 2, while at least one balance weight 51 is disposed outside an outermost bearing 15 (a) supporting the camshaft 3.
