PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration reduction unit which has a piezoelectric elastic member such as piezoelectric rubber, is arranged between a support body such as a vehicle body frame of a vehicle and a supported body such as a cab, can reduce vibration transmitted from the support body to the supported body, and in particular, is low in cost and saved in space, a vibration reduction support device, and a vibration reduction method.SOLUTION: Power generation piezoelectric rubber 21 which generates electricity when deformed by being applied with an external force, and a driving piezoelectric elastic member 22 which is deformed when carried with electricity are laminated on each other, and electrodes 21b, 21b of the power generation piezoelectric elastic member 21 and electrodes 22b, 22b of the driving piezoelectric elastic member 22 are electrically connected to each other so that the deformation of the driving piezoelectric elastic member 22 becomes deformation in a direction in which the deformation of the power generation piezoelectric elastic member 21 is offset when carrying electricity which is generated by the power generation piezoelectric elastic member 21 to the driving piezoelectric elastic member 22.
