This tester includes the vibration table which a sample to be tested is mounted, an oil pressure vibration exciter which carries out excitation of the vibration table, a controller circuit which carries out a servo control as an arbitrary target wave form using a piston displacement signal and a differential pressure signal of the oil pressure vibration exciter, and furthermore, a compensation circuit which controls a resonance characteristic caused in an operation oil compressibility of an oil pressure cylinder using a piston acceleration signal of the oil pressure vibration exciter.
