To provide a vibration testing device capable of improving followability to a target waveform of a response waveform.
This dynamo-electric vibration testing device 1 executes double loop control using feedback control (closed loop control) based on external force calculation processing and external force compensation processing as an inner loop, and further using target following control (open loop control) based on drive waveform generation processing as an outer loop. Effect of reaction force between a testing object 11 and a testing object mounting part 21 and a modeling error are eliminated by compensating an effect by an external force value onto a motion of the testing object 11 in the inner loop, by this manner. A drive waveform with a reverse characteristic of a transfer function taken into consideration is generated further in the outer loop, and is corrected based on the response waveform, to enhance the target followability for the target waveform of the response waveform.
