Title:
VIBRATION TESTING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP54108656
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make the constitution of a two-dimensional vibration testing machine simple by connecting a vibration table and a vibrating cylinder by way of plural static pressure shaft couplings and a movable shaft perpendicular to a piston rod thereby receiving rotation moment.

CONSTITUTION: With a cylinder 3 which drives a piston rod 4 as a vibrating source, a vibrating table 1 vibrates in one direction and at the same time rotation moment is generated. This moment is received by a movable shaft 16a perpendicular to the piston rod 15 which is driven by a cylinder 14 supported by static pressure bearings 16b, 16c. Hence, the vibrating table 1 is vibrated in the direction at a right angle to the vibrations by the cylinder 4 without being unaffected by the moment by way of one set of the cylinders 14, whereby two-dimensional vibration testing is accomplished. As a result, the need for receiving the moment by synchronously driving plural cylinders is eliminated and the constitution of the two-dimensional vibration testing machine may be simplified.
