To provide a vibration testing system which can be applied without the possibilities of deterioration and breakage of an object to be tested, and also without degradation in quality in the parts of an actual machine; can be applied to an object other than a conductor; easily measures a small part of a target even in the case of a small sensor and disk; easily shortens a vibration time; can correspond to a high frequency of vibration test; can easily perform automation due to few degrees depending on skill and experience.
The vibration testing system is provided with a discharge probe 12 with a pair of electrodes 11 mutually separated by a discharge gap G, an electron discharge agitator 14 generating an impulse wave S by applying a high voltage pulse between the electrodes 11 to discharge between them, and a non-contact type vibration measuring apparatus 16 detecting the vibration of the object T with non-contacting which then detects the vibration of the object with non-contacting by exciting the object T with the impulse wave S from a position separated by a space.
