Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration transport device which can improve transport processing capacity, compared with a device for performing transport processing in a state in which, a transport object continuously contacts a transport plane, by reducing opportunities and time in which, a transport object which is transported to a desired direction by vibration on a transport plane contacts the transport plane.SOLUTION: A vibration transport device B comprises: transport planes B11, B81; and a vibration application source for vibrating the transport planes B11, B81, and transports a transport object W on the transport planes B11, B81 by vibration. Whole or a part of the transport planes B11, B81 is formed of a porous material BS, and air supplied from an air supply source BA is sprayed from a lower side through the porous material BS to the transport object W on the transport plane B11, B81, so that the transport object W floats from the transport planes B11, B81.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
