Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-type component conveying device capable of surely conveying a component forward even when the conveyed component has a deformed portion such as a warp and capable of increasing conveyance efficiency by vibration.
SOLUTION: This vibration-type component conveying device 1 is constituted of a vibration generator 2, a chute 3 arranged horizontally and vibrated diagonally upward and forward by the vibration generator 2, and a guide 4 of a conveyed component 11 fitted in parallel on the chute 3, and the conveyed component 11 arranged between the chute 3 and the guide 4 is conveyed forward. The guide 4 and the chute 3 are connected by a plate spring 5, and the frequency of the chute 3 is set so that the guide 4 is displaced diagonally forward at the prescribed time lag when the chute 3 is vibrated diagonally upward and forward and the guide 4 is restored diagonally backward at the prescribed time lag when the chute 3 is restored diagonally downward and backward.
