Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a vibration type conveying device having high reliability and high output and easy to adjust without breaking piezoelectric elements.
CONSTITUTION: This vibration conveying device conveys a conveyed object by vibrating a conveying body 14, and piezoelectric torsional vibrators 10 serving as a vibration source are fixed to fitting metals 12 fixed to a substrate 11. The other end sections of the piezoelectric torsional vibrators 10 are connected to an upper frame fixed by arm sections 13 with the conveying body 14 facing upward.
