Abstract:
To resolve problems caused by use of different means in dispensing a substance dispensed to liquid and stirring the liquid dispensed with the substance, when stirring liquid by vibration wave.
The stirring vessel 1 sealingly surrounds a reagent R1 to be stirred and a capsule 2 with a bulkhead 1a, while the capsule 2 has a shell 2a sealingly surrounding a reagent R2 to be dispensed to the reagent R1, and the shell 2a is to be broken by the vibration wave. By using these, the capsule 2 filled with the reagent R2 is disposed in the reagent R1 in the stirring vessel 1, the reagent R1 in the stirring vessel 1 is stirred and a capsule 2 is broken by the vibration wave.
