PURPOSE: To obtain a damper hardly dependent upon temperature by providing a casing made of elastic material and filler enclosed in said casing, and mixing viscous fluid and granular material in this filler.
CONSTITUTION: Since silicone oil 15 is interposed into gaps between glass beads 16 which are of fluid material having no temperature dependence the glass beads 16, even if filling rate of the glass beads 16 is raised, damping effect is not reduced from such a fact that frictional resistance between the glass beads 16 is lowered, fluidity becomes good, and movement of an agitating part becomes smooth, in comparsion with a case of only high filling rate of glass beads. Moreover, viscous resistance is also generated between the glass beads 16 and the silicone oil 15 with agitation by the agitating part, and high damping effect is generated in comparison with the case of only the silicone oil 15. It is possible as the result of these to keep silicone oil viscosity varying at the time of low temperature under a certain viscosity.
