Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve vibration and sound preventing effects in such a way that a rubber sheet is glued on the lower side of a foaming material laid below the sheet metal on which an electrical appliance is set, and a lug is protruded as a part of the lower end surface of a surrounding rubber material to protect the foamed material. CONSTITUTION:A foamed material 43 made of soft synthetic resin with small elasticity, such as foamed rubber etc. is laid in the space at the lower side opening port to be formed in a surrounding rubber material 45 which fixes the lower surface and circumference of a sheet metal 42 on which a base 7 of an electrical appliance (unshown in the figure) is set, and a lug 51 which extends almost to a hard rubber sheet 44 is protruded from the surrounding rubber material 45 on its lower surface. When the base 7 is vibrated, and undergoes the force in the arrow direction for example, the rubber sheet 44 is not slid on the floor surface, because its frictional factor is lower than that of foamed material 44 and higher than that of metal, and the lug 51 is rolled in downward, to reduce tearing force to be applied to the foamed material 43, while the foamed material 43 adsorbs the vibration to the floor surface.
