PURPOSE: To get great attenuation even in low frequency vibration and prevent the rise in internal pressure at high frequency vibration by providing plural liquid chambers filled with liquid inside the elastic body interposed between an inner tube and a middle tube, and connecting the liquid chambers by communication passages.

CONSTITUTION: When low frequency large amplitude vibration is transmitted to an inner tube 12 or an outer tube 14, the communication passages connecting plural liquid chambers 30 are blocked by vibration members 28. Therefore, the liquid filled in the plural chambers 30 goes and comes between each other's liquid chambers 30 through a limiting passage. By the passage resistance of the liquid at this time, low frequency large amplitude vibration is attenuated. Furthermore, the limiting passage is made at the periphery of the middle tube 18, so the length of the limiting passage is long and the passage resistance of the liquid is great. As a result, great attenuation can be gotten. Moreover, when high frequency small amplitude vibration is transmitted to the inner tube or the outer tube, the limiting passage gets in the clogged condition, and the liquid does not pass the limiting passage. At this time, the vibration member vibrates inresponse to the increase/decrease of the internal pressure of the liquid chamber and suppresses the internal pressure of the liquid chamber.
