PURPOSE: To provide the vibrationproof device which prevents the adverse influence on the magnetic field to be detected, etc., sufficiently attains a vibrationproof function even in a relatively low frequency range and is further relatively light in weight and easy to handle.
CONSTITUTION: Granular materials 131 which are provided on a floor 22 and consist of many hard nonmagnetic materials having irregular shapes are provided in a housing container 130 and a receiving plate 26 is provided on the granular materials. A supporting plate 28 or supporting a bed 24 to be placed with a superconducting quantum interference magnetic flux meter 58 and an object 25 which is to be inspected and is a living body is disposed via dampers 27 on the above-mentioned receiving plate 26. The dampers 27 are made of nometals. The vibrations from the floor 22 are prevented from being transmitted to the superconducting quantum interference magnetic flux meter 58 in this way and the size of the device is reduced by disposing the dampers 27 near the superconducting quantum interference magnetic flux meter. Further, the spans between the plural dampers 27 are shortened to prevent the vibration by the deflection of the supporting plate 28.
