Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a vibrationproof rubber compsn. which hardly makes an abnormal noise due to friction even when applied to a part sliding on a mating material and which is suitable as a material for producing a stabilizer bush or an upper insulator capable of retaining excellent sliding properties and durability for a long term while retaining the drivability of a vehicle.
CONSTITUTION: The compsn. is prepd. by compounding a raw material rubber with an ultrahigh-mol. -wt. polyethylene powder having a viscosity-average mol.wt. of 500,000 or higher.
