Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable the necessary amount of liquid for damping of vibration to be secured easily by forming a rubber vibrationproof annular body and integrally fixing the receiving plate having an arch-shaped section onto the inner surface of the bottom of the vibrationproof body and fixing the peripheral edge of a flexible membrane onto the receiving plate. CONSTITUTION:A mouth ring (b) is adhered onto the outer peripheral wall of the annular body (a) which has the annular recess (h) having V-shaped section formed between the outer edge and the inner edge on the upper surface, and a cover plate (c) is caulked with the mouth ring, forming a closely sealed liquid chamber Ac, and the receiving plate (d) having an arched section is adhered onto the inner surface of the bottom of the annular ring (a), and a litmiting passage (e) is formed at the top part of the receiving plate (d). On the undersurface of the receiving plate (d), a flexible membrane (f) is set along, and the peripheral edge of the membrane is fixed on the receiving plate (d), and thus a subchamber Bo is constituted between the receiving plate (d) in case when the limiting passage (e) which is closed by the flexible membrane (f) is opened in loaded. Therefore, the loading rate of the flexible membrane reduced, and the necessary amount of liquid for damping of vibration can be secured easily.
