PURPOSE: To efficiently supply parts in a vibrative parts feeder, by providing a linearly extended supply trough and return trough similarly provided in parallel to the supply trough.
CONSTITUTION: A large quantity of parts m are charged into a supply trough 1 and return trough 2, if the troughs 1, 2 and straight feeding track 3 are vibrated, the part m in the trough 1 rises rightward on a transfer surface 21 to reach a horizontal surface part 21a, here the part m is guided by the slope of a side wall end part 20b and guided to the start end part of the trough 2 and the track 3. The part m in a piled condition rides over the track 3 to drop in the trough 2, while the part m in a single layer is restricted by a side wall part 29 and transferred leftward of a straight feeding part 4 of the track 3 then discharged from an end part 5a of a discharge part 5. On the contrary, the part m dropped in the trough 2 is transferred leftward, guided by a sloped surface of a side wall end part 22b passing through an opening 33 and guided to the start end part of the supply trough 1.
