PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrator mounting substrate capable of improving a strength while reducing the area of a bottom face and reducing a height, and a vibrator device employing the same.SOLUTION: A vibrator mounting substrate 5 comprises: a base part 10; a frame part 20; a vibrator fixing region 22 which is provided in a part of an inner peripheral surface 21 of the frame part 20 and tilted to be opened outwards as progressing from a side of the base part 10 to a side of an opening 51 and to which an end portion of a vibrator 6 is fixed; and a protruding part 30 which protrudes on a predetermined region of the base part 10 and is provided in such a manner that a height from a bottom face becomes less than a height from a bottom face of the vibrator fixing region 22. When fixing the vibrator 6, in a planar view of the protruding part 30 from the side of the opening 51, the protruding part 30 is positioned closer to the vibrator fixing region 22 than another end portion opposing one end portion of the vibrator 6.
