Abstract:
To provide an excitation device that can hold a sliding shaft in parallel even if an applied load to an excitation object is gone and can perform stable excitation.SOLUTION: In an excitation device that has a sliding shaft for receiving a load by a placed object in one end and a static pressure bearing for slidably supporting the sliding shaft by a sliding body 24, and excites the placed object by movement of the sliding shaft in an axial direction, a first pipeline having a first orifice and a second pipeline having a second orifice for discharging each fluid to the outside from each first land part 32 on the front and rear outer sides of a section S in which a first recess and a second recess are lined up in an axial direction and from a second land 33 between the first recess and the second recess by forming the first and second multiple recesses in two positions separated in an axial direction on an inner peripheral surface 25 of the bearing body 24, and by supporting the sliding shaft through fluid by the multiple recesses, and the total of capillary coefficients of the first orifice is smaller than the total of capillary coefficients of the second orifice.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
