Abstract:
To provide a vibratory conveyance device which controls a trough to a predetermined vibration angle, and can convey a conveyed object, without detecting a phase of a vibration motor.SOLUTION: On a trough 50 of a vibration conveyance device 100, an acceleration sensor 60 is mounted. A control part 12 provided on the vibration conveyance device 100 calculates a vibration angle estimation value that is an angle when the trough 50 is vibrated on the basis of a physical amount detected by the acceleration sensor 60, and allows first and second inverter circuits 20 and 21 to adjust at least any one of rotation speed of a first vibration motor 30 and rotation speed of a second vibration motor 31 so that the vibration angle estimation value is made close to a target angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
