A vibratory delivery cassette 10 is equipped with outer plates 11-13 for aligning and housing the PTP packaged medicaments and medicaments equivalent to them, an upper frame 17 for preventing the housed medicaments from tilting forward at the upper part of an open front surface of the outer plates, an inner plate 16 on which the housed medicaments are mounted to advance the medicaments when being vibrated, and a vibration member 22 for vibrating the inner plate and sequentially delivers the medicaments by the vibrations. A rearmost pressing plate 27 is provided which is made of a plate body that is heavier and longer than the medicaments and is mounted by rising on the inner plate 16 in the rear of the housed medicaments to be aligned and housed with the housed medicaments in the outer plates 11-13.
