Title:
VIBRATORY SWITCH AND PORTABLE MOTOR-DRIVEN DEVICE USING SAME SWITCH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2863087
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reliablly stop a tool driving motor or a feed motor even if a side slip is caused in a motor-driven tool when it is used.
CONSTITUTION: In a vibratory switch 10, first electrode and second electrode having conical projections in central parts are installed with a prescribed clearance so that the projections are opposed to each other, and a conductive sphere is arranged in the clearance formed of the first and the second electrodes, and the sphere is moved by vibration, and both electrodes are connected to each other. The vibratory switch 10 is arranged in a frame 1 of a motor-driven tool, and when attracting force of an electric magnet base 2 becomes unresistable to the external force in boring work due to a cause such as cutting resistance exceeds a tolerance, the motor-driven tool causes a side slip, but the vibratory switch 10 is turned on by slight vibration generated at that time, and supply of electric power to a driving circuit is cut off, and a drill motor 4 and a feed motor are stopped.
