To provide a thin vibratory table which gives almost uniform vibration to the entire processing table, in the vibratory table which fixedly retains a work on a machining device.
This vibratory table 1 is constituted of a block 2 of stainless steel and a stacked piezoelectric element 3. The block 2 of stainless steel has four bolt holes 4 for fitting the block 2 to the machining device opened at four spots and is manufactured by electric discharge machining. In addition, a notched part 7 is formed in the center part in order to reduce the mass of the vibrating block 2. Further, a thin-walled part 8 is formed in order to increase the displacement level due to forced vibration and an anchorage 6 which anchors the stacked piezoelectric element 3 and a movable anchorage 5 which receives the displacement of the stacked piezoelectric element 3 are provided. Besides, with regard to a method for anchoring the stacked piezoelectric element 3 to the movable anchorage 5 and the anchorage 6, an epoxy resin is used, and voltage which changes with time is applied to the stacked piezoelectric element 3.
