The controller 212 calculates an audio arrival time T from an object 150 to the microphone 121 on the basis of a distance D and an acoustic velocity C from the object 150 to the microphone 121, and corrects an audio time code on the basis of the audio arrival time T. The controller 212 delays the video by the correction amount of the audio time code to reproduce the video signal. The video and audio synthesizer 215 combines the delayed and reproduced video signal with an uncorrected audio signal, and records the combined signal as a finished program in the recording medium 216.
