Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily, surely and automatically follow up the movement of an object by controlling the photographic condition of the object by measuring the position of a detected measuring frame provided with high similarity based on frequency characteristic data concerning luminance and hue information inside the prescribed measuring frame.
CONSTITUTION: Among the pixel information of the object, the pixel information inside a reference measuring frame is converted to reference frequency characteristic data concerning a luminance level or a hue angle by reference frequency characteristic data forming means 19, 20 and 16, and the pixel information inside the detected measuring frame is converted to detected frequency characteristic data concerning the luminance level or the hue angle by detected frequency characteristic data forming means 19, 20 and 16. Among the detected frequency characteristic data, the detected frequency characteristic data provided with high similarity concerning the reference frequency characteristic data are decided by a detected measuring frame deciding means 16, and the driving of pixel information forming means 1, 5, 6 and 7 is controlled by a pixel information change control means 16 so that the decided pixel information inside the detected measuring frame can be inserted inside the reference measuring frame.
