Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a desired video from a monitor without manual operation by a photographing person by automatically correcting a zooming magnification and an image pickup central point when a quadruple speed photographing mode is set.
SOLUTION: When a mode is switched from a normal photographing mode to a quadruple speed photographing mode, a zooming movement instructing circuit 40 drives a zooming motor 42 to make a zooming magnification 1/2 of a scale factor immediately before. In addition, a horizontal moving instructing circuit 36 and a vertical moving instructing circuit 38 moves the position of CCD 16 within a picture vertical to an optical axis to correct an image pickup central point. Consequently, an object positioned at the center of a picked-up image in a normal photographing mode is moved to the left and upper side of the picked-up image in a quadruple photographing mode. Then the 1/4 objects of the left and upper side of the picked-up image are outputted from a monitor by four.
