Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce number of switches and to improve the operability by sensing a set mode, revising a control characteristic of each section of a video camera into a characteristic in matching with a set mode and revising the roll of part of switches among plural switches for the control of each section of the video camera. CONSTITUTION:The video camera is provided with zoom switches 9, 10, a switch board 13 provided with plural switches for the control of each section, a microcomputer 14, switches 15-17 setting the mode and a switch 18 able to be defined (roll revision enable) or the like. Then the set mode is set from the ON/OFF of the switches 16-17 for mode setting to revise the control characteristic of each section of the camera to a characteristic in matching with the set mode and the roll of the switches being parts of plural switches of the switch board 13 is revised. Since plural operations are implemented by the same switch, number of switches is decreased and the operability is improved.
