PURPOSE: To enable the guidance of operating information to be listened comfortably by outputting guiding voice with respect to the operating method of a video cassette recorder by using the speaker of a TV receiver.

CONSTITUTION: A switching circuit 11 is provided which supplies a synthetic voice signal and a reproducing voice signal from a voice synthesis circuit 3 and a voice recording and reproducing circuit 7 as a voice reproducing means, respectively to individual contacts 11a and 11b, and also, the movable terminal 11c of which outputs either two signals selectively corresponding to a switching signal from a control microcomputer 1, and the voice signal from the voice recording and reproducing circuit 7 or the one from the voice synthesis circuit 3 is outputted individually to a terminal 12 dedicated for voice signal via the switching circuit 11. Reproducing voice and the voice with respect to the operating method can be outputted by using the speaker of the TV receiver by a connecting the dedicated terminal 12 to the corresponding input terminal of the TV receiver. Furthermore, when the voice of the operating method is outputted from the speaker, the reproducing voice from a video tape can be also outputted simultaneously, and the operating method can be listened.
