To obtain the video conference equipment in which peripheral equipments designed to be separate units are integrated to the utmost so as to decrease number of cables used to connect the main body equipment and the peripheral equipment.

A speaker 3 is integrated to a side face of a main body equipment 1 or provided integrally to a camera device 5. A microphone 2 is provided integrally to the camera device 5 while making a sound collection direction in matching with an image pickup direction of the camera device 5. Or the camera is provided in the inside of the main body device 1 in a retractable way from the main body device 1. Thus, the microphone 2 and the speaker 3 are integrated to the main body device 1 or the camera 5 and number of connection cables L2, L3 of the microphone 2 and the speaker 3 is reduced in the video conference equipment.
