Abstract:
To create a low-resolution program video including an image according to a program content from a high-resolution program video, while reducing manual work.SOLUTION: A video conversion device 1 includes an attention subject information obtaining unit 3, an image recognition unit 42, a position determination unit 43, and a video conversion unit 5. The attention subject information obtaining unit 3 obtains information on of subject receiving attention in a program on the basis of text data related to the program. The image recognition unit 42 performs image recognition of the attention subject with respect to an image of each frame included in video data of the program. The position determination unit 43 determines a clipping position of a partial image on the basis of a display area of the attention subject image-recognized by the image recognition unit 42. The video conversion unit 5 clips the partial image from the image of each frame included in the video data on the basis of the clipping position determined by the position determination unit 43, and generates video data composed of frames of the clipped partial image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
