Abstract:
To make the borderline of a coding block inconspicuous.SOLUTION: A video coding device 1 encodes the signal of a video of each coding block by interframe prediction or intraframe prediction. A color-difference conversion part 201 of the video coding device 1 performs color-difference conversion processing for converting the pixel value in a first range around a prescribed pixel value, into the pixel value in a second range around a prescribed pixel value and narrower than the first range, for the color-difference signal of a local decoding image in the coding block used for interframe prediction or intraframe prediction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
