Abstract:
PURPOSE: To generate the corrected output of system having a horizontal frequency higher than a standard at proper timing by using a pulse phase-advanced rather than a retrace pulse for resetting a parabolic signal generator for centralized vertical error correction. CONSTITUTION: In a transformer in which a primary winding wire (W1) for circulating a horizontal deflection current is wound around a bead magnetic core, the magnetic core is changed from saturated state to non-saturated state near a time point, when the horizontal deflection current turns zero at the center of horizontal scanning, and a pulse is generated on the secondary side. A monostable multivibrator is triggered by this pulse and outputs a reset pulse V5. The parabolic signal generator at a horizontal frequency generates a horizontal frequency parabolic voltage HP corresponding to the reset pulse V5, this voltage is supplied to the auxiliary coil of cathode-ray tube, and a centralized vertical error correcting current is made to flow.
