PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video display method in a stereoscopic display device satisfying the operational feeling of a user.SOLUTION: In a video display method in a stereoscopic display device, a video signal for displaying a video for the right eye and a video for the left eye is output, and coordinates corresponding to the position of the fingertip of a user are calculated on the basis of the potential of a sensor electrode SE, and a distance in a horizontal direction between positions where the video for the right eye and the video for the left eye are displayed is adjusted on the basis of the position of the fingertip of the user, and the focal point FP position of the user is adjusted.
